The Poddery is a studio and showroom in beautiful Mathews County. For over 30 years, owners Robert & Karen Podd have welcomed visitors to their showroom featuring the area’s largest selection of handmade pottery.

The Poddery’s showroom is filled with functional pottery, decorative tiles, sculptural wall peices, drawer pulls, bird houses and Chesapeake Bay Wildlife themed pottery. All of our functional pottery is Microwave, Dishwasher and Oven Safe. Weekly kiln firings constantly produce new work for the Podd’s extensive showroom.
